Akron, OH - January 2, 2013 – Stark & Knoll Co., L.P.A. is honored to announce that 10 attorneys from the Akron law firm were selected for inclusion on the 2013 Ohio Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.
Only five percent of all attorneys in Ohio are awarded Ohio Super Lawyer status. Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Stars include only the top 2.5% of young attorneys in Ohio who are 40 or under or have been practicing 10 years or less.
Philip Kaufmann was selected as a 2013 Ohio Super Lawyer in the area of Estate Planning and Probate Law. John Susany, David Bertsch and David Hilkert were each honored in the area of Business Litigation while Christopher Tipping was selected in the area of Civil Litigation Defense and Orville Reed, III in Personal Injury Defense. Craig Marshall was honored in the area of Closely Held Business Law. Litigation and Personal Injury Lawyer, Orville Reed, was ranked among the Top 10 of all 2013 Ohio Super Lawyers.
In addition Jeffrey Knoll, John Susany, David Bertsch, David Hilkert, Orville Reed and Christopher Tipping will also be listed in the 2013 Super Lawyers Business Edition.
Selected as 2013 Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars are Donald Scherer in the Business / Corporate law, Harold Schwarz, III in the area of General Litigation and Nada Faddoul in the Employment and Labor Law area.
Selections for Ohio Super Lawyers are made by Law and Politics Magazine and involve nomination and evaluation by peers and an extensive assessment of the honorees’ professional backgrounds.
