Akron, Ohio – Stark & Knoll is pleased to announce that Loma L. Swett, estate planning and probate attorney, was recently elected to the Board of Trustees for the Summit Housing Development Corporation (SHDC).
As a board member, Swett will serve the organization, whose mission is to, “develop and maintain safe and appropriate housing in an integrated setting for individuals with mental and/or other disabilities.”
Thomas Jacobs, Executive Director of the organization stated, “We are excited for Loma to join our organization. Her knowledge of Ohio special needs planning laws combined with her skill in working with people who have disabilities will make her an outstanding asset to our board.”
For more than 30 years, Swett has assisted clients with disabilities with their estate planning, elder law and guardianship needs. She will serve a 3 year term on the seven-person board or trustees.
