Akron, Ohio - February 6, 2013 – The Akron area law firm of Stark & Knoll is honored to announce the addition of Attorney Ronald Lembright to its Business Services Group and Attorney Patrick O’Connor to the Litigation & Employment Law Group.
Lembright brings over 35 years of legal experience to Stark & Knoll. Prior to joining the firm he served as counsel to the Commissioner at the Ohio Division of Securities and more recently as a partner at a Northeast Ohio Law Firm. Lembright focuses his practice in the areas of oil and gas law, securities law and business transactions for small and medium size business. He currently serves on the Advisory Committee for Registrations and Exemptions for the Ohio Division of Securities and is a member of the Oil and Gas Association. Joining Lembright in his transition to the firm are Lewis “Trey” Bennett who will serve the firm as a Law Clerk and Barb Lembright who joins the firm as a Legal Assistant.

Also joining Stark & Knoll is Attorney Patrick O’Connor. O’Connor joins the firm’s Litigation and Employment Group from a Sandusky, Ohio firm where he worked as a trial lawyer. He will use his previous experience to work closely with the firm’s insurance defense attorneys as well as advise the firm’s small business owners with labor and employment and business and commercial litigation issues.
Having added seven partners to the firm since 2009, these additions bring the firm to 28 attorneys and a total of 42 employees.
