Michael George, a partner in Stark & Knoll’s business services group was recently selected as a member of the Leadership Akron Class of XXVI. He was also honored as a 30 for the Future Award Recipient by the Greater Akron Chamber.
Leadership Akron is a one-day-a-month class that members join to learn in-depth and hands-on about vital aspects of the Greater Akron community. As a member, George will help to evaluate areas of community concern and will become part of a network with a goal of promoting and bettering our area. Graduates of Leadership Akron often become prominent members and leaders of the community. George is among a small class of members from business, government and non-profit sectors who make up the 26th Leadership Akron Class which he recently received from the Greater Akron Chamber.
George has also been instrumental in the success of Stark & Knoll’s e-commerce and internet practice. He works proactively to help our clients, both small and large, avoid legal issues in the internet age. George works closely with many of our family owned companies and has recently handled acquisition transactions in the following industries: credit card processing, hospitality, website design and hosting and telecommunications. These are just a few of his attributes that qualified him as a recipient of the 30 for the Future award.
