Tanner J. Odle is an associate attorney in Stark & Knoll’s Business Services Group. Tanner's practice focuses on corporate governance, taxation, and mergers and acquisitions.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Stark & Knoll, Tanner worked for a small law firm in Canton where he represented small to mid-sized businesses in a variety of transactional matters. Tanner provides guidance to business owners and taxpayers on matters ranging from start-ups issues to exit strategies, commercial activity tax to estate and gift tax. Tanner takes pride in being a trusted advisor and facilitator to business across northeast Ohio.
