Joel R. Aberth is of-counsel at Stark & Knoll in its Estate Planning & Probate Group. He has more than 35 years of experience practicing in trust and estate administration, estate planning, trust and estate taxation matters and the preparation of wills and trusts.

Experience
Joel has been advising clients throughout Northeast Ohio on estate planning and estate administration issues for more than 35 years. Prior to joining Stark & Knoll in 2007 Joel had a successful career as a solo practitioner with emphasis in the areas of trusts and estates. Prior to establishing his law practice, Joel had several years experience with a large trust department where he worked in the areas of investment research, portfolio management and personal trust administration.
